VOLUNTEER SCHOOL LIASON

Let’s get back to that great feeling of school camaraderie that comes from students playing sports and spending time outside of school together! SNAP Flag Football is open to everyone and a FUN way to get active and socialize on the weekend.

We are asking for parent liaisons because YOU know what is the best way to spread the word and build excitement at your school. And from our experience, the more kids, the more FUN!

The commitment would take place during one week towards the end of the registration period.  You could use any of these templates provided by SNAP or come up with your own ideas.

• Poster on the school bulletin board or other visible location showing your school’s registration

• Flyer in the back to school packet

• Informative snippet for the Principal or school email or newsletter

• Posters for inside the school

• Distribute fliers to be sent home with students

In exchange for your volunteering, SNAP could provide you or your school the following, but feel free to make other suggestions.

• SNAP can donate a one-hour after school flag football session with an experienced coach.

• SNAP can donate a free registration to the league for your school auction or other fundraiser.

• SNAP can donate free flag football belts and balls for your schools PE classes.
