SNAPtivities is revolutionizing the youth sports landscape, and we're seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Director to lead the day-to-day operations of our youth sports and enrichment programs. As a key member of our leadership, you'll wear multiple hats, overseeing program and project management, team development, and talent acquisition, all while ensuring the smooth operations of our flag football programs.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, train, and inspire: Build and manage a high-performing team, providing ongoing coaching, development, and performance management. Oversee staff scheduling, recruitment, and onboarding.
• Program & Project Management: Own the complete program lifecycle, from planning and development to implementation and evaluation. Manage timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring operational excellence.
• Be the Flag Football Guru: Develop, implement, and refine flag football programs, ensuring engaging and enriching experiences for all participants. Stay ahead of industry trends and implement innovative program ideas.
• Document Like a Pro: Create and maintain comprehensive team training manuals and operational documentation, ensuring clear processes and knowledge transfer.
