This is a space to connect with people who might be different than you, find commo ground and build lifelong memories based on mutual respect.

We believe in blending a high level of fun with a deep sense of purpose. We intentionally structure our programs to build character on and off the field, teaching skills that outlast the season.

We prove that structure and silliness can coexist. We encourage competitiveness and physical skill, but we keep the environment lighthearted, joyful, and low-pressure

We have been the official NFL Flag Football league in Birmingham & Bloomfield Hills for over 25 years.   Our local programs are officially licensed and backed by the NFL.
