⬜ 9/14: SEND Welcome communication to team WITH PRACTICE DAY/TIME/FIELD # get scheduling conflicts and give to TCL if you have one.
⬜ 9/14: GET all major scheduling conficts from your team
⬜ 9/17: ATTEND Coach's Training session (optional). Click here for dates/time/location
⬜ 9/18: CALLED players that did not respond to welcome email
⬜ REMIND families to bring mouthguards to all practices/games.

⬜ GO TO WELCOME TABLE & PICK UP your team’s NFL Jerseys
⬜ DISTRIBUTE to team, ensuring correct sizes are given. If a player needs a different size, please mark it down.
⬜ KEEP Any jerseys of players not in attendance. You will need to email them to let them know it is ready for them to pick up the upcoming week.
⬜ IF there is NO jersey for a player in attendance, please send them to the welcome table.
