ARCHER Flag Football
JK – 8th Grade Divisions
SPRING SEASON 2024: April 13 – June 2 (7-weeks)

SNAP Flag Football inspired by Coach Genevieve presents fun and fresh 5-on-5, recreational, non-contact flag football leagues for girls and boys in Junior Kindergarten – 12th grade. Teams are coached by volunteer parent or high school student coaches and have between 7 and 10 players per team. Our goal is to form teams from each grade at Brookside/Cranbrook so start gathering your friends & classmates! No experience necessary. Multi-sport athletes welcome! Coaches and team coordinators needed.
Coach Genevieve has worked with over 40,000 children over the past 35 years. She has decades of experience designing, initiating, implementing, and directing a variety of sports and enrichment programs. She is committed to this area; she grew up in Birmingham, went to school in Bloomfield Hills and continues to live and raise her family locally. At SNAPtivities, we believe that character-development, fun, and learning walk hand and hand.

CLASSIC COED LEAGUE
Coed 1st - 2nd Grade Divisions - Saturdays at Bloomfield’s North Hills MS at 9, 10, 11 or 5pm (times are based on enrollment, subject to change) 2 hour block (One hour practice, followed by a one-hour game against a different team each week).
Coed 3rd grade division: Saturdays at Bloomfield’s North Hills MS at 9, 10, 11 or 5pm (times are based on enrollment, subject to change) 2 hour block (One hour practice, followed by a one-hour game against a different team each week).
Coed 4th Grade Divisions - Sundays at at Birmingham Seaholm HS anytime between 9am-7pm 2 hour block (One hour practice, followed by a one-hour game against a different team each week).
Coed 5th - 8th Grade Divisions - Saturdays or Sundays: Coaches choose weekend schedule based on team availability. Saturdays at Bloomfield’s North Hills MS anytime between 9am-7pm (times are based on enrollment, subject to change) Sundays at Birmingham Seaholm HS anytime between 9am-7pm (times are based on enrollment, subject to change) 2 hour block (One hour practice, followed by a one-hour game against a different team each week).
ALL GIRLS FLAG FOOTBALL
Girls Flag Football is catching fire and we have teams exclusively for girls who want to play with and against their fellow female athletes. The best part is Flag Football is Non-Contact (NO tackling allowed) and Recreational (it will keep you on the edge of your seat, both as a player and as a spectator). Divisions are determined just prior to season start based on enrollment.
ALL GIRLS K-2nd Grade Divisions - Saturdays at Bloomfield’s North Hills MS at 9, 10, 11 or 5pm (times are based on enrollment, subject to change)
2-Hour time block (One hour practice, followed by a one-hour game).

We are proud to announce the NEW HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS Flag Football division! We have teams exclusively for girls who want to play with and against their fellow female athletes. Join us on Sundays at Seaholm from 6-8pm. No experience necessary. REGISTER NOW to be a part of this exciting initiative with SNAP, the leader in Michigan Girls Flag Football. By registering, you can be a part of history- the FEMALES in FLAG initiative is growing and you can be a part of it. (Divisions determined just prior to season start based on enrollment).
Sundays at Birmingham Seaholm High School at 5, 6, or 7pm (times are based on enrollment, subject to change) 2-hour block between 5pm and 8pm. (One hour practice, followed by a one-hour game.)

Wed/Thurs, April 10/11: Coaches/Team Coordinators Only Scheduling Meeting
Friday, April 12: please email me IF you have NOT heard from your coach by now.
Sat/Sun, April 13/14: First Team Practice
Monday, April 15: Full game schedules will be sent by email.
Sat/Sun, April 20/21: First game of season. All games/practices will be held on Saturdays, at Bloomfield’s North Hills MS or Seaholm HS for a two-hour time block btw 9-7pm. Practice is one hour prior to game time. (except PK/K division practices for only 30 minutes)
No practice/games Memorial Day Weekend May 25/26
Sat/Sun, June 1/2: Last game of season
Mouthguards are the only required equipment and are available for $6 on the first day.

SNAP’s action-packed 5-week program combines the excitement of Flag Football with age-appropriate activities, ensuring that each session is filled with smiles, laughter, and a passion for play. Through a series of carefully designed exercises and drills, your child will develop a love for flag football that will stay with them for years. Choose between the 2 options below:

Bitty Blitzers (ages 2½ - 3½)
April 13/14 - May 11/12 (5-week season)
Bitty Blitzers is specifically designed for our youngest players! We will learn the foundation of sports through playful activities and games! The focus will be on following directions, balance and coordination, listening skills and teamwork!
